I like this list, just the idea of two dragons flying over head breathing fire as there riders throw fireballs and a cload of arrows coming from the line makes me happy, let me kno what you think.

Nice list, I agree with Testors (even though he is a HE rat) that the hero selections won't earn their points much. Dragon mages are particularly cool, however and would make for interesting games.
I would consider changing out a RBT for an eagle or scouts so you can get march blocking early without having to use the dragons necessarily. Maybe some fast cav even, or a tiny unit of silver helms.

Eagles are a billion trillion zillion times better at 50 points than the scouts/fast cav options, and silver helms just won't cut it for march blocking. Oh and the eagle is fluffier in this list to boot :D

In terms of fluff this list is top-notch. Mages and swordmasters are a classic combination. The dragon mage is one of the least point efficient units in the book, but they are pretty cool :D.
One silly thing you could do is drop 1 RBT and 3 swordmasters from each unit for a lvl4 on a Moon Dragon. If you go really light on the items on the archmage you could even keep the bolt thrower I think...
