Advertising the WMC

Ok, so I was wondering what kind of advertisement the WMC is looking for. Right now I have a link / banner on my sig at (check it here: http://www.40konline.com/community/index.php?action=profile;u=4495 ) 40konline.com but I'm not entirely sure what we're going for.
I have a banner that links to this site, but the following text im not sure on:
Tournament Gaming in Ontario? Interested in a 40K Skirmish Game? Click the banner!
The Warmasters Council is also looking to expand beyond just Ontario! East / West coast Canadian? American? Check out the site!
Is it wrong to say that we are looking to expand beyond just ontario gaming right now?

There was one other thing. 40konline has an affiliate section on the website that allows other sites to have links from there to their page (ie a link here). one of the stipulations though is a link be put somewhere on your site. would it be possible to have that kind of section added here as well? I mean, have one more link at the top that has a page with banners / general links to other pages of interest (40konline, GW, warseer stuff like that)

our primary focus at the moment is windsor to ottawa to montreal. That being said, I did speak with a GK from BC at the GT, and we thought that there were definite possibilities for a positive relationship.
Right now, our invitational event will be in Southern Ontario, so provided people understand that then they are more than welcome to take part in the circuit.
Also the Great Lakes region will have some real potential as GW North America becomes more solid.
