Anyone know how the Vulture punisher cannons will work?

I'm considering purchasing a Vulture and getting the punisher cannons upgrade. Unfortunately I seem to be getting nowhere with e-mailing forgeworld as to if the upgrade will be 2 cannons or 1 twin-linked cannon, let alone the point cost for the upgrade.
Anyone out there heard anything?

No clue what the new upgrade's will be...but I am personally hoping that it ends up being a large template of some kind.
