Terminator Armour question

So I was fiddling around with the Dark Angel list... and thought about having the starting warband being a vet sarge in terminator armour with lightning claws + 3 tactical marines.
Now in previous questions about starting wargear, Nate has said that if it is an option from the codex than it can be used to start. So does that mean that a Dark Angel Vet Sergeant can't be equipped with Terminator Armour from the get go?
I kind of look at it from a fluff aspect that with Deathwing being such an integral part of the Dark Angels that it would kind of make sense to have a member of the Deathwing lead the strikeforce.

So I did talk to Nate about this and he thought that a Deathwing Terminator might make sense for Dark Angels... so I was wondering, what would people think if a Deathwing Terminator started at 360 (cost for vet sarge + Terminator + 50 for Deathwing) but has no starting weapons (ie: if I want a terminator with Storm Bolter / Power Fist or twin Lightning Claws, I would have to buy the weapons seperately).
What would people think of facing this at a starting warband? (also taking into account that the max you will have model wise is 3 tactical marines.

I beleive that you are correct in your interpretation.
You cannot have a Vet Sarg in Terminator Armor to start for DA's.
I agree your DW leading interpretation seems very fluffy to me. Hopefully Nate and Adam can make an amendment for the Dark Angels to give them a Termie Captain option.
